ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a talented specialist in designing mobile fintech products using Figma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user flows, developing a component library, and ensuring an effective developer handoff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design engaging and intuitive user flows for our mobile fintech applications. - Develop a comprehensive component library that aligns with our design principles and branding. - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs. - Create high-fidelity prototypes to test user interactions and flows. - Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall design. REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in designing mobile applications, particularly within the fintech space. - Proficiency in Figma, including advanced techniques in user flow and component design. - Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices. - Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
