ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data, providing insights that help drive decisions and improve overall HR services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Create and maintain reports on various HR metrics such as recruitment, employee performance, and turnover rates. - Collaborate with HR team members to develop data-driven strategies for talent acquisition and retention. - Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to senior management. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting processes. REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Familiarity with regulations and best practices in HR data management.
